World renown Visual artist, Sket One, is a Connecticut based graffiti artist as well as the founder of Bode Jam. Sket is possibly mostly known for his custom toys and design work. Over the years he has designed for companies such as: Kid Robot, Universal Records, EMI, and Monkey Skateboards. His work has gained attention from the major media to international shows such as Vinyl Klash and Tag the System.

New Stuff from Element Skateboards
Element Skateboards just released another great series of decks including the “Darrel MC” which is one of the highlights. The new release was inspired by old school hip-hop.
One of Elements other recent projects is a collaboration with TOMS Shoes. Element and TOMS created a limited edition collection of TOMS Shoes to raise money to give shoes and skateboards to children at the Indigo Skate Camp in the Isithumba Village in South Africa.
Sometime last year while elZhi (of Slum Village) was getting ready to go on tour in Europe he decided that he needed to have a little something to bring with him. So he decided to put together a little tour CD…well one thing led to another and the music spoke for itself. The fans leaked it onto the web and sooner than later the elZhi realized it was time to put out his debut solo album. Martha Cooper's Going Postal
Over the past few decades, photographer and well-respected documentarian, Martha Cooper has captured many memories of various cultures including graffiti and hip-hop. Street artists have been known to use stickers as a medium since the early 80’s but it wasn’t till about roughly six years ago when she started to notice artists using postal/courier stickers as a form of expression. This new fascination became the topic of her latest publication, “Going Postal”.

MODERAT - New Music & On Tour
Back in 2002 when Modeselektor (aka Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary) and Apparat (aka Sascha Ring) recorded an EP, “Auf Kosten der Gesundheit”, for BPitch Control. Soon after the exhausting recording process the three of them separated to work on their individual projects. Modeselektor went on to record their debut album, Hello Mom!, and Apparat’s released a collaboration with Ellen Allien, Orchestra of Bubbles. Both of these projects were successful and led to later material that divined their careers as artists. And now Bpitch has announced that Moderat has teamed up and is getting ready to release their debut, self titled album, in April of this year.
